At Anuga 2015 Lotao presents fine specialties and new rice and coconut products in organic quality – some of our highlights are:

Kaya Coconut Jam

This spread on the basis of coconut milk and coconut blossom sugar is a traditional specialty in many regions of Asia. However, Lotao Kaya Coconut Jam contains only certified organic vegan ingredients, in contrast to the classical Kaya type available in Asia. The Jam can be used as a sweet spread, for bakery products, sauces, salad marinades or soups.

Tonca Kiss - coconut blossom sugar for experts

The aroma of Brazilian tonka bean reminds of noble notes of rum, hay flowers and bitter almonds and tart, has elegant shades à la nutmeg and cinnamon. Combined with the delicate organic vanilla from Madagascar, Tonca Kiss creates a tropical-sweet taste, which enriches the caramel character of coconut blossom sugar. This Platinum Edition is only available in a limited edition.

Lotao ZEN Gluten-free, vegan organic pasta from rice

Lotao Zen rice pasta is not mixed with corn. So production doesn’t need additional binders. For Lotao Zen pasta only parboiled rice and water are used – this leads to  a very high proportion of nutrients and vitamins in the pasta. Taste and consistency of this vegan, organic, gluten-free pasta are almost like “tradtional pasta.”
