For those who love exotic spreads or dips, Lotao is launching a trio of vegan spreads with crushed lotus seeds. The vegan lotus spreads are available ready-to-eat in three flavors. Lotus seeds combined with delicious vegetables and spices make the spreads a nutritious, colorful feast for the eyes at dinner.
Red lentils, carrots and crushed lotus seeds, refined with mustard seed, ginger and curry spices in the "Lentils-Lotus" spread bring a touch of India to the plate. The lotus seeds, on the other hand, present themselves as hearty German in the company of beetroot, horseradish, vinegar and mustard seed in the "Beetroot Lotus". The third spread, “Lotus tomato”, could be titled “Lotus meets the Mediterranean”. Tomatoes, peppers and carrots form the perfect setting for the crushed lotus seeds.
The three hearty lotus spreads are available in practical 140 gram screw-top jars. This makes transport, portioning and storage very easy. Because not only for dinner, but also as a basis for a light snack in the office, Lotaos lotus spreads cut a fine figure in every respect.
