Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
YOUR ROLE - "GROWTH WIZARD"
- Management & scaling of our Google and Meta campaigns
- Focus on ROAS, CAC, and real growth with impact
- Testing of creatives, target groups, and funnels
- Identification of new channels (TikTok, Affiliate, Retargeting, Live Shopping)
- Contributing ideas, shaping, growing together - taking responsibility
Your Profile – "CREATIVE DATA NERD & HUMAN"
- 2–5 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce / D2C
- Strong in Google Ads & Paid Social
- Understanding of numbers + hands-on mentality
- You think in results, not clicks
- Claude & Co. are your best buddies – a true team is your calling
