For an extra protein boost, we recommend approximately 10–15 g (about 1 slightly heaped tablespoon) per serving. The powder is perfect in smoothies, shakes, porridge, yogurt, baked goods, or soups. Its natural, slightly nutty flavor adds a special touch to your recipes—especially delicious when combined with fresh fruit or spices like cinnamon or cocoa.
