How to prepare them perfectly:
- Sauces (Bolognese, Curry, Chili, Dal, Ravioli): Cut open the pouch, heat for 3 minutes in the microwave (750 W) or in a pot, ready.
- Veggie Gyros & Kebab: Fry in a pan with a little oil for 5 to 7 minutes until lightly browned for the best taste and bite.
- Veggie Mince: Pour 250ml of boiling water over it, let it soak for 2 minutes, drain, and then use it in sauce, tacos, or casseroles.
- Thai Bowl: Simply heat up, it's already complete with rice.
- Tip: Gyros and kebab taste best with some flatbread, salad, and a dollop of (plant-based) yogurt. The sauces go perfectly with pasta, rice, or potatoes.
