As part of the “AI in everyday working life” survey, we collect and process the personal data (email address) voluntarily submitted by participants.

Purpose and legal basis of data processing:

The data voluntarily submitted by participants is collected and stored for the purpose of sending the €10 Lotao voucher and the invitation to the webinar “AI in everyday working life”, which is sent to participants as a thank you. The collection and storage are necessary to fulfil our resulting obligations. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Storage period:

All data will be deleted no later than 8 weeks after the end of the webinar.

Rights related to data storage:

The participating person has the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about the personal data stored by us, its origin and recipient, as well as the purpose of processing. If, despite our efforts to ensure that data is correct and up-to-date, incorrect information is stored, we will correct it upon request, restrict processing or delete it if there are no legal grounds to the contrary. Please send all inquiries relating to this survey to info@lotao.de.

In the event of complaints regarding the handling of personal data, we will promptly investigate and attempt to find a solution to complaints and disputes relating to the processing/use of personal data.
