For two people, we recommend one cup of rice with two cups of water. Cooking times vary depending on the variety: Royal Black should cook for about 30 minutes over low heat and then soak for 10 minutes. Oriental Sensation requires only 12 minutes over low heat. Glam Wedding is cooked for 20 minutes and is also allowed to soak.
