Your exquisite tasks:

- You lead and coordinate a team consisting of purchasing, production planning, service provider control, and quality management

- You coordinate and optimize all operational processes from the procurement of raw materials and packaging, through production to the delivery of the finished goods

- Together with the management, you ensure compliance with quality and process management requirements

- You are responsible for the results of costs, timing, quality and productivity of the operational processes.

- You will regularly assess the efficiency of business processes and take improvement measures together with the team

- Together with the management, you make decisions on operational activities and set the strategic goals

- As a manager, you motivate, lead and develop employees and inspire the committed team to shape Lotao's work

This is exactly how we like it:

- Completed degree in business administration or comparable training in the commercial field

- Experience in a management position as well as in food production or food retail is desirable

- Structured, team-oriented and independent working style with a high level of self-motivation and reliability

- Organizational, persuasive and assertive skills

- Experience in dealing with financial and performance metrics

- Strong social skills, resilience, flexibility

- Ability to operate successfully in very dynamic, rapidly changing environments

- Fluent English skills
