For 4 people:

Wash 2 cups of whole grain basmati rice and bring to a boil with 4 cups of water, a pinch of salt and 4 tablespoons of butter or oil on medium-high. Then let it steep for about 30-35 minutes with the lid closed at the lowest level.

Do I need to wash the white jasmine rice?

No. All our rice varieties are made from genetically unmodified seeds.

Bring the whole grain basmat rice to a boil on medium-high. Then leave to steep for approx. 30 - 35 minutes with the lid closed at the lowest level.

Grüne Reiskörner können im Vollkorn- und Naturreis vorkommen. Dabei handelt es sich um Reiskörner, die bei der Ernte noch nicht ganz reif waren und daher grün gefärbt sind. Die Farbe verschwindet beim Kochen und der Verzehr ist vollkommen unbedenklich.
