Ingredients:
- 1 large sweet potato
- 200 g coconut butter
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Preparation:
- Boil the sweet potato in water until soft, peel and mash into a fine puree. Warm the coconut butter slightly in a water bath and mix until you have a creamy mixture.
- Mix the coconut cream together with the coconut flakes into the sweet potato puree and let it cool in the refrigerator for an hour. Mix the remaining coconut flakes, chia seeds and cocoa powder.
- Form small balls from the cooled sweet potato mixture and roll them in the coconut-cocoa mixture. Then cool again and serve
