Tropical Shrimp with rice

tropical summer food: shrimp with rice!

Cold, wet, uncomfortable! Anyone who steps outside the door on these days will encounter winter again in full force.
Although I'm actually a fan of snow, even I have to admit that the Christmas dream is unfortunately a few months too late. Well, let's allow Mrs. Holle to have some fun one last time, because the winter dreariness is now over:
Today I present: Tropical Shrimp with Rice ! A tropical rice creation served in a pineapple . And for all rice-hungry sun worshipers: fish and seafood contain plenty of vitamin D and ensure a balanced hormonal balance even on dark days . May summer come soon!

  • 1 chili
  • 10 leaves of Thai basil
  • 1 splash of soy sauce
  • 1 splash of fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Preparation:

Fight winter: Tropical source of vitamin D
  1. Cook the whole grain basmati rice according to the package instructions. Then hollow out the pineapple.
  2. Fry the pork with red cabbage, chili, garlic and soy sauce in a wok and then briefly fry the rice.
  3. Season with honey and fish sauce. Fry the shrimp separately and add basil.
