Tropical shrimp with rice

Preparation:
Fight winter: Tropical source of vitamin D
- Cook the whole grain basmati rice according to the package instructions. Then hollow out the pineapple.
- Fry the pork with red cabbage, chili, garlic and soy sauce in a wok and then briefly fry the rice.
- Season with honey and fish sauce. Fry the shrimp separately and add basil.
- Finally fill the pineapple with the rice.
