Kokosblütenzucker: Superfood Bratapfel mit Mandel-Orangesauce und Kokosblütenzucker

Superfood baked apple with almond-orange sauce and coconut

I keep receiving numerous recipes with coconut blossom sugar, and I would like to present the best here in the future. I have already mentioned elsewhere in the Risolier blog that you can use coconut blossom sugar to provide healthy sweetness - for all those who "missed" the article, here are some more details about the ker: The sugar from the coconut palm is produced by hand . The sap from the blossom of the tree, which is usually 20-25 meters high, is boiled down in large pans until all the liquid has escaped. The residue is crushed to create a fine-grained structure. Despite its sweetness and caramel-malty taste, the low-calorie coconut blossom sugar has a low glycemic index. Blood sugar does not rise rapidly like with conventional sugar.
It is also rich in vitamins and contains 16 important amino acids and trace elements . Due to its fine texture and very good solubility, palm sugar is ideal for baking. It dissolves more quickly in liquids than conventional granulated sugar. That's why chai, mulled wine or coffee specialties that are sweetened with coconut blossom sugar taste particularly delicious.
Coconut blossom sugar should not be missing from any dessert or hot drink, especially in winter . Coconut blossom sugar is now one of the leading sweeteners for vegans and vegetarians. For the cozy season, the vegan full-range supermarket Veganz, together with the rice and sugar manufacturer Lotao , has put together some beautiful recipes with coconut blossom sugar that do not contain any animal ingredients . We would like to not withhold these recipes from you and start with one of our favorite sweet dishes: the superfood baked apple with almond-orange sauce and coconut blossom sugar . The recipe is simple and very easy to cook with the right ingredients!
