Ingredients:

Sauce:
✓ 75 g Lotao Veggie Mince
✓ 6-8 lasagne sheets
✓ 1 onion
✓ 1 clove of garlic
✓ ½ celery stick
✓ ½ carrot
✓ 500 g strained tomatoes
✓ 1 tbsp tomato paste
✓ Salt, pepper, dried basil and oregano
Bechamel sauce:
✓ 300 ml soy milk
✓ 20 g vegan butter
✓ 40 g flour
✓ some nutmeg
✓ vegan grated cheese
Preparation:
⏰ 25-35 minutes preparation time + 35-40 minutes baking time in the oven
- Finely chop the onions and garlic and fry in oil. Also chop the carrot and celery, add and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add tomato paste and fry.
- Prepare the minced meat according to the instructions on the packet and add it to the pan.
- Fry the minced meat and then add all the spices.
- Deglaze with strained tomatoes and let the sauce simmer covered at low temperature for half an hour.
- For the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a pan, add the flour and fry. Gradually add the milk until a sauce forms. Season with nutmeg.
- Layer the lasagne. Start with the sauce, then spread the pasta sheets on top. Then add more sauce, spread the béchamel sauce and cheese on top. Continue until all is used up. The last layer should be the béchamel sauce and cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 35-40 minutes, covered with aluminum foil for the first 20 minutes and then without.
