This curry ramen offers soothing warmth and intense flavors that are simply good for you. Our mild Lotao Veggie Curry Sauce, refined with pieces of jackfruit, transforms crunchy vegetables and mie noodles into creamy curry ramen – perfect for anyone who loves Asian cuisine. And the best part: It only takes 15 minutes to conjure up this aromatic dish.

Ingredients for 2 people:

✓ 2 spring onions
✓ 200 g mushrooms
✓ 1 small pak choy
✓ 2 tsp sesame oil
✓ 70 g Mie noodles
✓ 1 pack Lotao Veggie Curry Sauce

For the topping:
✓ 100 g edamame (pre-cooked)
✓ 1 tsp sesame seeds

⏰ Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the spring onions: Slice the green part into thin rings and place it in ice water to keep it wonderfully crisp. Slice the white part into rings as well.

  2. Cutting mushrooms: Quarter the mushrooms.

  3. Fry: Heat sesame oil in a pan, briefly fry the spring onions (white) and mushrooms.

  4. Add curry sauce: Stir in the Lotao curry sauce, add a little water if necessary, and simmer over low heat.

  5. Cook the bok choy and noodles: Roughly chop the bok choy and add it to the pan along with the mie noodles. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.

  6. To serve: Top with edamame, sesame seeds, and green spring onions – done!

Tip: If you like it a little spicier, you can add fresh chili or sriracha. 🌶️
