Ingredients for 4 Halloween peppers:

✓ 4 large bell peppers (red, orange or yellow)
✓ 1 pack Lotao Veggie Lentil Dal

✓ Fresh parsley for garnishing
✓ Optional: 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 small onion, finely chopped (for warm version)

Preparation:

  1. Prepare peppers
    Cut off the top of the pepper and remove the seeds. Use a small, sharp knife to carve spooky Halloween faces into the skin—just like a mini pumpkin.
