Ingredients for 2-3 people:
✓ 75 gLotao Veggie Mince
✓ 1 medium onion
✓ 1 clove of garlic
✓ 2 tablespoons olive oil
✓ 2 tbsp tomato paste
✓ 150 ml vegetable broth
✓ 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
✓ Salt & pepper to taste
✓ 200 g plant-based yogurt (e.g. soy yogurt)
✓ 1 package of yufka dough (available in Turkish supermarkets or well-stocked Asian stores)
✓ Some vegetable margarine or oil for spreading
✓ Black cumin or sesame seeds for sprinkling
Preparation:

Preparethe veggie mince : Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Add theLotao veggie mince and fry briefly. Stir in the tomato paste, deglaze with the vegetable stock, season, and simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.

Prepare the yufka dough: Spread the dough out and cut into wide strips. Spread each strip with a little vegetable margarine.

Filling & shaping: Place a spoonful of the minced meat filling onto the bottom end of the dough strip and fold it into a triangle (like a puff pastry samosa). Seal the edges with a little water at the end.

Baking: Place triangles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with a little more oil, and sprinkle with black cumin or sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Tip: Serve with a dollop of plant-based yogurt for a wonderfully fresh touch!
