Avocado-Mango Salad & Seared Scallops

There are people who touch the heart. Those who fill their calling with passion and who pass on their enthusiasm and positive energy to others. Murielle Stadelmann is such a person and I am very lucky to have met you.
Murielle is an experimental cook out of love, but also a proud ambassador of French culinary culture in Germany. Her restaurant “Chez Pierre”, which she runs together with her father in Klein-Winternheim near Mainz, is a well-known meeting place for everyone who loves “savoir-vivre à la francaise”. This weekend I met Murielle Stadelmann in Munich, where she introduced me to her new e-book “Gaumenkitzler”. Interestingly, she doesn't just focus on rice dishes, but has now developed a variety of other ideas. I would like to present one of them, which is also included in the Murmele e-book, to you at this point:
Saint-Jacques á la salade de manques et dávocats Avocado-Mango Salad & Fried Scallops

Ingredients:

(for 6 people)
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 3 mangoes
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 fresh chili
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 3 pinches of curry powder
  • 4-5 pinches of Fleur de Sel (Bali Pur)
  • 24 scallops
