There are people who touch the heart. Those who fill their calling with passion and who pass on their enthusiasm and positive energy to others. Murielle Stadelmann is such a person and I am very lucky to have met you.
Murielle is an experimental cook out of love, but also a proud ambassador of French culinary culture in Germany. Her restaurant “Chez Pierre”, which she runs together with her father in Klein-Winternheim near Mainz, is a well-known meeting place for everyone who loves “savoir-vivre à la francaise”. This weekend I met Murielle Stadelmann in Munich, where she introduced me to her new e-book “Gaumenkitzler”. Interestingly, she doesn't just focus on rice dishes, but has now developed a variety of other ideas.
