Beeren Joghurt Dessert mit Java Kiss Kokosblütenzucker

Berry yogurt dessert with coconut blossom sugar

The days are getting warmer and there should be real spring weather this week. What could be better than a light spring-like dessert ?
And if it does turn gray, you'll have sunshine in your glass with this dessert! Delicious, airy & fruity - that's what spring tastes like!

Ingredients:

  • 200 g frozen berries
  • 200 g plain yogurt or yogurt alternative
  • 200 ml cream or cream alternative
  • 1 packet of cream stiffener
  • 4 tbsp Java Kiss coconut blossom sugar

Preparation:

  1. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold in the yoghurt. Pour the mixture into dessert glasses and spread the berry mixture over them.
  2. Sprinkle each with a tablespoon of Java Kiss coconut blossom sugar . Let it sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours and decorate with fresh berries! Bon appetit!
