The days are getting warmer and there should be real spring weather this week. What could be better than a light spring-like dessert ? And if it does turn gray, you'll have sunshine in your glass with this dessert! Delicious, airy & fruity - that's what spring tastes like!
- Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold in the yoghurt. Pour the mixture into dessert glasses and spread the berry mixture over them.
- Sprinkle each with a tablespoon of Java Kiss coconut blossom sugar . Let it sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours and decorate with fresh berries! Bon appetit!
