• 5 tsp salt
• 10 tsp paprika powder, sweet
• 5 tsp chili flakes
• 0.5 tsp pinch of allspice
• 5 tsp cumin
• some cinnamon
• some mace
• some cardamom

Grilling seasoning with coconut blossom sugar:

• 1o tsp Java Kiss coconut blossom sugar
• 5 teaspoons black pepper
• 5 tsp salt
• 5 tsp onion powder
• 5 tsp thyme (or rosemary)
• 5 tsp smoked paprika powder
• 0.5 tsp nutmeg

Preparation:

1. Either buy the spices already ground, then simply mix everything well and pour into a suitable container.

Tip: If you don't want to use ground spices, finely grind everything (except the coconut blossom sugar) in a mortar or high-speed blender and then mix with the coconut blossom sugar. Then pour everything into a suitable container. With these two spice mixtures you can now refine your dishes and give them an exciting touch.
