Jackfruit radicchio salad with orange

The aromatic contrast of hot and sweet in this jackfruit radicchio salad with orange creates an exciting taste experience. The best thing about this salad? It's healthy, organic and looks great too!

Ingredients for the dressing & marinade:

1 red chili pepper
1 tbsp small capers
✓ 4 tbsp Aceto Balsamico Bianco
✓ 2 tsp coarse mustard
✓ 2 tsp sweet mustard
✓ 8 tbsp olive oil

Ingredients for the salad:
1 Treviso radicchio
1-2 oranges
✓ 2-3 stalks of fresh mint
2 spring onions
200 g Lotao Green Jackfruit Natural


    1. For the dressing, clean the chili pepper, halve it lengthwise, remove the seeds and chop finely. Drain capers.
    2. Mix vinegar with both types of mustard, salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and oil. Add capers and crushed chili pepper.
    3. Next, marinate the jackfruit in a third of the dressing for 10-15 minutes and then fry in a non-stick pan.
    4. For the salad, clean and wash the radicchio and cut the leaves diagonally into strips.
    5. Peel the oranges and cut the individual segments into pieces.
    6. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut only the white and light green parts diagonally into rings.
    7. Mix the prepared ingredients with the remaining dressing, add warm jackfruit and serve immediately. Bon appetit! :-)
