Mit Prince of Bengal gefüllte Paprikaschoten trifft Oriental Kiss Kokosblütenzucker

stuffed peppers meets Oriental Kiss Koko

Tree fruit meets fruit vegetables! It’s what’s on the inside that counts – especially when it comes to a recipe for stuffed peppers . The delicious fruit vegetable is available in many colors and can be wonderfully filled with our jackfruit. Here is our recipe idea:

Ingredients:

(for four persons)

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan. Remove the cap from the peppers, then wash and deseed the peppers. Chop the onion, garlic and other vegetables.
  2. Add the coconut oil to the pan and sauté the onions and garlic until both are translucent.
  3. Add the Lotao Prince of Bengal baby basmati rice and water and simmer until the rice is still al dente. Meanwhile, grate the carrots and fold them into the rice along with the spring onion rings.
  4. Finally, fold in the parsley and the spice mixture. Taste the mixture again and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  5. Now the peppers are filled with the rice mixture and the lid goes back on. Place in a suitable baking dish and pour over the salted water and put in the oven. After about 45 minutes, your stuffed peppers will be ready. Bon appetit!
