Ingredients for 2 people:
✓ 1 pack of ramen noodles
✓ 30g Lotao Veggie Mince
✓ 500ml vegetable broth
✓ 15g miso paste
✓ 1 pak choy
✓ 100g brown mushrooms
Soak the veggie mince according to the package instructions and fry it in a pan with a little oil and spices.
Bring the vegetable broth and miso paste to the boil in a pot.
Wash the pak choi and cut into strips. Clean and halve the mushrooms. Cook in the vegetable broth for a few minutes. Add ramen noodles and let simmer until soft.
