Ingredients for 3 burgers:
✓ 1 pack Lotao Veggie Burger Mix
✓ 3 burger buns
✓ 3 large lettuce leaves
✓ 3 vegan “cheese” slices
✓ 1 small red onion
✓ 1 large tomato
✓ 3 tbsp vegan mayonaise
✓ 3 tbsp barbecue sauce
Serve with: fries, potato wedges or a salad
Preparation:
The package contents of theLotao Veggie Burger Mix Pour 150 ml boiling water into a bowl and stir well with a fork. Let it soak for 5 minutes.
During this time you can wash the lettuce and tomatoes and peel the onion. Cut the tomato and onion into thin slices or rings.
