Ingredients for 2 people:
✓ 1 pack Lotao curry sauce
✓ 1 pack of green lettuce, e.g. lettuce or romaine lettuce
✓ 150 g mushrooms, e.g. button mushrooms
✓ 150g vegan teriyaki strips
✓ 1 tsp sesame
✓ 4 tbsp sesame oil
Preparation:
Wash lettuce, drain thoroughly and tear or cut into bite-sized pieces.
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Fry mushrooms and teriyaki strips in sesame oil until both are golden brown.
Heat the curry sauce in a pot or in the microwave.
Arrange the salad with mushrooms and teriyaki strips on the plates and pour curry sauce over it. The exotic treat is ready!
