We've spiced up Lotao's classic Chili sin Carne and turned it into an irresistible dish. Fresh radishes and crispy nachos are the perfect addition to our hearty, meatless chili. Ingredients for 2 people:

1 pack Lotao Chili sin Carne
100g nacho chips
1 bunch of radishes
1 ripe avocado
4 tablespoons vegan creme fraiche
1 lime
1 jalapeno

Preparation:

Heat the chili sin carne in a pot or pan.

Wash the radishes and jalapeño and cut into quarters or rings. Cut the avocado into slices.

Arrange chili sin carne with nacho chips, radishes and avocado. Serve with crème fraiche, lime and jalapeño rings.
