Vegan farmhouse pot? Where is something like that? With the new Veggie Hack from Lotao , a farmer's pot can be prepared quickly and deliciously.
The popular home cooking for the whole family consists of minced meat, potatoes and fresh vegetables.
Our Lotao warehouse clerk Corina reveals her favorite recipe here:

Ingredients:

  • 100 g Lotao Veggie Mince
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 can of tomato chunks
  • 500 g potatoes (waxy)
  • 100 ml vegetable broth
  • 2 red peppers (in small pieces)
  • 50g corn
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Java Kiss coconut blossom sugar
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp caraway
  • ½ tsp marjoram
  • 2 teaspoons smoked salt pepper

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a little vegetable fat in a high pan. Add finely chopped garlic and fry briefly.
  2. Mix in the dry Lotao Veggie Mince and deglaze with the vegetable broth. Add the tomatoes and bring everything to the boil.
  3. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes and add them to the Lotao Veggie Mince so that everything is well covered with liquid. After ten minutes of cooking, add the pepper pieces, corn and all the spices and herbs.
  4. Let it simmer for another five minutes, then add more salt and pepper if necessary and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley. Bon appetit!
